We thank all applicants for the overwhelming interest in the IT University and our PhD programme.
The total of applications are 399, and this has made it necessary for us to use every single day of the time schedule.
Thank you also for your kind patience in awaiting decisions.

Since 24 March we have stated, that you can expect to receive a letter of the final decisions during June, and this is valid for the larger part of the applications.

• Status 30 June 2010:  Most of the applicants have already received a letter with the decision about their application,
  but letters with decisions  for a small part of the applicants will be delayed - as the Hiring Committee still has some negotiations to conduct. 
  Unfortunately we don't know the duration of the delay, at this moment, but we will contact you as soon as possible. 
  
  

  
  So far the procedure has contained:

• 1 - 30 June All applicants of the Spring 2010 PhD Call will receive a letter of the final decisions

• Ongoing negotiations and interviews, and letters of accept or rejection will be issued during May

• 13 May is a public holiday in Denmark

• 11 May, 18 May, 26 May 31 May 4 meetings in the employment committee

• 20 April, 29 April, 10 May 3 meetings in the evaluaion committee.

• From 20 April to 10 May NO decisions are made! The process of selecting will be going on during May.

• 1 April - 5 April and 30 April are public holidays in Denmark

• 24 March Application deadline at 12:00 (noon) local time

• 1 February the PhD Spring Call 2010 is launched at 12:00 (noon) local time
