The Foresight Panel  

The role of the Foresight Panel is to advise the IT University primarily about its research. It consists of up to five people, all of whom have extensive experience with research and research management in world-class research environments.

The Foresight Panel is regularly updated about academic developments at the IT University and asked to give strategic advise on research.

The Foresight Panel can, for example suggest emerging research areas that ITU might want to explore, comment on the way research is being organized and stimulated at ITU, comment on collaboration with industry and suggest ways to get research funding.

The Foresight Panel meets once a year in Copenhagen and is appointed by the Vice Chancellor of the IT University.
