Artificial intelligence is becoming increasingly integrated into our everyday lives, and the question is no longer whether it will transform society, but rather how we can help shape that transformation. Assistant Professor at the IT University of Copenhagen, Jonas Juul, has received the H.C. Ørsted Research Talent Awards 2025. Jonas Juul receives the prize for his research on social networks, information technology and complex systems’ physics.
Each year, the DDSA awards a total of 10 PhDs, and 6 postdocs. This year, ITU has secured two – Nils Grünefeld who will undertake a PhD in Machine Learning and Natural Language Processing, and Ola Rønning will begin a postdoc project in Probabilistic Programming.
