Web 2.0 Seminar in the course Introduction to Media and Communication
A web 2.0 seminar was arranged at the 19th of October 2009, for the students in the undergraduate course called
Introduction to Media and Communication. Four lecturers came by and gave students insights into specific features of what commonly is referred to as web 2.0.
Bjarki Valtysson, assistant professor at the IT University in Copenhagen, gave an introduction to the term web 2.0 and social network sites, and the challenges and the potentials these constructions have upon digital culture.

Lisbeth Klastrup, associate professor at the IT University of Copenhagen, introduced her own research and experiences within the world of blogs and user-generated content.

Lisbeth Thorlacius, associate professor at the University of Roskilde, explained and illustrated the use of her model (based on Roman Jakobson) for analysis of websites.
