SUSHI

Sushi. Totemo oiishi desu!
Pay-per-plate conveyor belt sushi. Only in Japan... :)
"Uni" (sea ursin); when I ate this thing, it was still alive (and moving)!

TRANSPORTATION

Subway pay site (incredibly user-friendly).
Video screen inside the Yamanote subway train.

A "Shinkansen" (bullet train); these trains run at 270 km/h (like the french TGVs).
