• (2010-2013) PhD student Kevin Tierney (now Professor at University of Bielefeld). Focus: shipping line service network optimization. Supported by The Danish Council for Strategic Research.
• (2009-2012) PhD student Berit Dangaard Broer (now at Maersk) under ENERPLAN co-advised with David Pisinger. Focus service network design.
• (2010-2011) PhD student Afsaneh Doryab co-advised with Jakob E. Bardram. Focus: activity recognition in surgeon operating rooms.
• (2007-2013) PhD student Alberto Delgado-Ortegon (now at Maersk) 4+4 PhD and Industrial PhD with Ange Optimization supported by The Danish Agency for Science Technology and Innovation. Focus: container vessel stowage planning.
