I am currently working on the three-year research project Controversial Healings: making sense of medicinal cannabis debates, which is funded by the Carlsberg Foundation. The project tracks digital activism and debates about medicinal cannabis leading up to the current four-year trial period for legalization. My work combines digital methods and ethnography, and big data and small data. I am also working with experimental methods for writing with and about data in the context of GDPR, as well as with interdisciplinarity as a concept and practice.
