Programmer: Really I'm only skilled as a programmer so obviously I'd like to do just that, but I'd value having artistic/creative influence as well. Since I haven't made any games before (GameMaker doesn't really count) I'd prefer not to be the only programmer in my team - though the challenge will of course be accepted!
