TENTATIVE SCHEDULE
We will start the workshop in the Nygaard building, Room 184 @ 09:30 with the following program (small changes may apply):

09:30 – 10:00 Workshop introduction and short individual presentation (All participants shall bring (and verbally present) one brief example of what they consider an example (best practice or challenge) of how a social innovation (or other similar services) can migrate from one context or setting to another).
10:00 – 10:45 Introduction to the Give&Take project, the developed platform and its opportunities and challenges.
10:45 – 11:30 Preparing for the encounter with ‘the potential client’– Collect our joint experiences to formulate questions and discussion points to the meeting.

11:30 – 12:00 LUNCH

12:00 - 14:00 Meeting with Aarhus Municipality, to understand what it would take to allow them to adopt and use the G&T platform.
14:00-14:30 Break
14:30 – 15:45 Discussing and working with the results and experiences from the meeting with the municipality. For example what would the next step be? Are changes needed in the platform etc? How can today's findings be transferred to other cases and situations (i.e. generalized)?
15:45-16:00 Wrap-up

This one full day workshop is designed as a making environment. Participants should be ready for several interventions, fast pace collaborations and presenting/role playing and similar during the day.
