Statement
I moved to Europe from India around four years ago, after spending more than a decade in Indian academia. In India, I was actively engaged with the TCS community through ACM-W India and IARCS in several service roles, experiences that taught me how collective initiatives can foster research, mentorship, and diversity.
Since relocating to Denmark, I have continued my research in complexity theory and become more engaged with the European TCS community. I now wish to contribute to EATCS by helping strengthen the culture of complexity theory in Europe, building stronger bridges between regions, and increasing the visibility and participation of European researchers in global forums.
